Für die Zeit des „Lockdown light“ Winters laden wir Künstler*innen im Format einer Residency ein. Dabei ist uns wichtig, die grundlegenden Parameter Zeit/Geld/Raum/Öffentlichkeit möglichst an den Bedarf der*des jeweiligen Künstler*in anzupassen und seine*ihre Arbeit dahingehend zu unterstützen. Wie also konkret die jeweilige Residency und deren Vermittlung aussieht, entwickeln wir gemeinsam mit den Künstler*innen.
Wir freuen uns an dieser Stelle unsere erste Residentin vorzustellen: @nnast_antn, die im FLORIDA von Mitte Dezember bis Ende Januar arbeiten wird.
@nnast_antn ist eine Video- und Performancekünstlerin, based in Berlin. Sei es in der „unprofessionellen“ Produktion von NSFW-Animationen bis hin zur Performance-Praxis — ihre Arbeit dreht sich um die möglichen Wege der Lustproduktion in einer Umgebung, in der #Lust standardmäßig zensiert wird und das Begehren mit Angst verknüpft ist. For the time of the „Lockdown light“ winter we invite artists in the format of a residency. It is important to us to adapt the basic parameters of time/money/space/publicity as much as possible to the needs of the artist and to support their work in this respect. How the residency and its mediation looks like in concrete terms, we develop together with the artist.
We are happy to introduce you to the first artist in residence, @nnast_antn, who will work at FLORIDA from mid December until end of January.
@nnast_antn is a video and performance artist based in Berlin. From „un-professional“ production of NSFW animation to performance practice — her work revolves around the potential ways of pleasure production in the environment, where #pleasure gets censored by default and desire is a subject of fear.
